  2. Pay $1,000 Earnest Deposit to reserve your Choice of Lot Size for 10 Days (100% Refundable if you decide not to buy). You will have 10 days to view the property and complete the Down Payment. We will email you available times for group viewings of the Property. Sign up for a group Property viewing.
  3. To secure your Lot, complete the Down Payment within 10 days, sign the Pre-Purchase Agreement & Obtain Financing Approval on the Remainder (to be ready once the Lots are subdivided.)
  4. Lot Financing & Purchase will be completed after Property is acquired and subdivided. Actual Lots will be chosen on a first come basis in the order of Earnest Deposit received. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Lot Options at this point, you are entitled to a full refund of your Down Payment minus the Earnest Deposit and have the option to be released from your obligation to purchase.
  5. Once the Lot purchase is completed, the Lot is yours to use for Recreation (RV’s & tents are allowed to be parked and used on Lots for recreational purposes for up to 2 weeks at one time without requiring appropriate RV “storage”) or to Build in compliance with the minimal Regeneration Nation requirements: No modular. Stick frame or alternative builds only. No size restrictions except on Tiny House or Cabin Lots.

CHRISTIAN VALUES MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

THIS COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT is by and between a Religious For Profit Corporation, Regeneration Nation Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “RELIGIOUS CORPORATION”), acting through Kristie Harper, its authorized Missouri agent, for the COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT of “Member Name,” Entered In Form Below (hereinafter referred to as “COMMUNITY MEMBER”).

COMMUNITY MEMBER understands and agrees to uphold the stated Biblical Values, Biblical Ethics, Sustainable Agricultural Policies, Family Friendly Rules, Guest Policies and Sustainable Agricultural Policies of RELIGIOUS CORPORATION Within the Community.

COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP is required for Participation in Regeneration Nation online Community Chat, Member Meetings, Community HOA and to purchase Property in a Regeneration Nation Community. COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP can be revoked at any time by providing a written or emailed request to Discontinue.
