While DIY is an awesome dream and it’s good to learn to pursue and implement all kinds of endeavors, the best production happens when we Specialize. Everyone understands that real results require focused plans and continual, dedicated efforts. Even as a Permaculture Designer, my goals to produce food were interrupted by the requirements of family life. I did extensive work owning a small Plant Nursery, building greenhouses, producing cut flowers and annual vegetables, but all of this simply pointed to the need for a better Community Design where each member does their own part, and are freed up to develop and pursue particular areas of interest to themselves personally.
With a Community Farmer, the basics of Food Production are largely taken care of for Subdivision Members. And with the additional of an on-site Chef creating ready to use Sauces, Dips and Meals from the in-house fresh Produce, the pressure of utilizing surplus production is taken off Individuals, leaving more time for things they want to personally specialize in.

Development Goals 2026
Regeneration Farmer Program
When the first 3 Lots are sold, the Regeneration Developer will hire and establish an ON-SITE, full time, professional Food Farmer.
With a 2 year Contract, Farmer receives:
- 2 Acres for intensive, small crop farming of: annual vegetables, herbs, perennials, berries, orchard, cut flowers, chickens, bees.
- Eco Cabin Lease Equity – 1 Bedroom, 2 Lofts + Shed/ Shop
- $10,000 Matching Start Up Grant for: greenhouse, tools, seeds, plants, earthworks, etc.
- Farm/ Cabin Bills paid for 1 year.
Farmers earn equity in their own Land and Cabin with continued Farming Contracts. They keep 50% of the Produce for their own Farm Business and give 50% back to Developer for Community Shares and Future Programs. Apply here to be a Community Farmer.
Community Farmer Application Process
- Complete the Preliminary Farmer Application
- $35 Non-refundable Application Fee
When notified of Acceptance be prepared to submit:
- 3 year Farm Business Plan/ Goals
- 2 Acre Farm Design with Development Stages
The most qualified Farmer Applicant will be offered a 2 year Farm Development Contract and will have 10 business days to submit verification of available funds for their portion of both the $10,000 Matching Start Up Grant and a 6 month Living Stipend ($3,000). Both of these can include any amount of gifts and/ or fund raising on behalf of the Farmer.
Regeneration Chef Program
Develop Value Added Products and Ready Made Meals from farm fresh ingredients, produced on site by Regeneration Farmer(s).
With a 1 year Contract, Regeneration Chef receives:
- Eco Cabin Lease Equity- 1 Bedroom, 2 Lofts
- Use of Food Processing area and Commercial Kitchen space
- Fresh Regeneration Farmer Produce
- $3,000 Matching Start Up Grant for: equipment, supplemental ingredients, packaging.
- Cabin/ Processing Bills paid for 1 year.
Chefs earn equity in their Cabin with continued Food Production Contracts. They keep 50% of the Products for their own Business and give 50% back to Developer for Community Shares and Future Programs. Apply here to be a Regeneration Chef.

- Food Processing Set Up Design with proposed Equipment and Packaging Materials.

Both of these can include gifts and/ or fund raising on behalf of the Applicant.
