Farmers are provided land, a small home and a matching Farm Start-Up Grant, as well as assistance with Farm Design, Support and Business Development. The Farmer Contract gives 50% of the produce back to Developer to offer as Community Shares, and the remainder goes to the Farmer’s own private business. With a successful contract, over time the Farmer earns equity in the land, home and farm.
