Regeneration Farmer Program
With a portion of profit from the first 3 Lot sales, RNation will select a Farmer to establish an ON-SITE, full time, professional Food Farmer in the Hidden Springs Sustainable Subdivision.
With a 2 year Contract, Farmer receives:
- 1- 2 Acres for intensive, small crop farming of: annual vegetables, herbs, perennials, berries, orchard, cut flowers, chickens, bees.
- Eco Cabin/ Home Equity – 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath + Shed/ Shop
- $10,000 – $15,000 Matching Start Up Grant for: greenhouse, tools, seeds, plants, earthworks, etc.
- Farm/ Cabin Utilities/ Bills paid for 1 year.
Farmers earn equity in their own Land and Home via the Farming Contract. They keep 50% of all Produce/ Profits for their own Farm Business and give 50% back to Developer for: Farmer Program, Chef Program & Community Shares.

Regeneration Chef Program

Chefs Contribute
- $10,000 – $15,000 for the Matching Start Up Grant
- $3,000 for a 6 month Living Stipend
*Both of these can include any amount of gifts and/ or fund raising on behalf of the Farmer.
Application Process
- Pay $50 and submit your online Farmer Application.
- We will review Applications within 7-10 business days and notify all Farmers of Acceptance status via email.
- Semi-finalists will then be Notified via email, of the deadline for submitting their:
- 2 Acre Farm Designs with Development Stages
- 3 year Farm Business Plans & Goals
- Semi-finalists will also be alerted via email when there are 2 weeks remaining to submit Farm Designs and Farm Buisiness Plans.
- The Premier Candidate will then be selected and notified via phone call and email, and offered the 2 year Farm Development Contract. They will then have 10 business days to accept the contract and submit verification of available funds for their portion of both the $10,000 – $15,000 Matching Start Up Grant and a 6 month Living Stipend ($3,000). If they are unable to commit to the offer or verify funds at that time, the contract will be offered to the next Candidate in line.
*Funds can include any amount of gifts and/ or fund raising on behalf of the Farmer.
The winning Farmer Applicant will be announced to all Candidates upon acceptance.
